Kayee (the "App") is a service offered by Kayeeru. By using this App, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out in this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
· The App is designed for users who are 17 years old or above. By accessing the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.
· Users under 18 are not allowed to use any functions of Kayee.
· When creating an account, you must provide true and valid personal information. You shall be fully responsible for the security of your account and password.
· If you find any unauthorized use of your account, please contact Kayeeru without delay at lihangtian1630@163.com.
· Kayeeru grants you a limited and non - assignable right to use the App for legal personal purposes.
· This authorization does not include the right to use the App for commercial activities or to transfer the right to use to others without permission.
· Do not use the App to engage in any illegal activities or behaviors that may cause harm to others.
· Do not use hacking techniques or other improper means to interfere with the normal operation of the App.
· Do not forge personal information or spread false content on the App.
· Do not use any unapproved tools to obtain data from the App.
· The App may have functions powered by artificial intelligence. It should be noted that the content generated by these AI functions may not be completely accurate or suitable for all situations.
· You should not rely solely on AI - generated content to make important decisions; it is advisable to consult relevant professionals when necessary.
· The collection, processing and storage of your data by Kayee are in accordance with the Kayee Privacy Policy, which can be viewed in the App or on the official website of Kayeeru. Using the App means you agree to this Privacy Policy.
· Kayeeru will protect your personal data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy.
· All contents of the App, including but not limited to designs, codes, trademarks and texts, are the intellectual property of Kayeeru or its authorized parties.
· Without the written permission of Kayeeru, you shall not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the App.
· The App is provided in the "current state" and "available state". Kayeeru does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or errors.
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayeeru shall not be liable for any indirect, accidental or consequential losses caused by the use of the App.
· Kayeeru has the right to modify this Agreement. When the Agreement is modified, you will be notified through the App.
· If you continue to use the App after the modification of the Agreement, it means you accept the modified terms.
· If you violate the terms of this Agreement, Kayeeru has the right to suspend or cancel your account.

· This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where Kayeeru is located.
